The Ultra Copper is a silicone product and is copper in color. It does not contain any copper or other metal, and it is not electrically conductive.
Permatex Ultra Copper is a high temperature RTV gasket maker, resisting temperatures up to 371°C (700°F). Ultra Copper is tested to exceed OEM specifications and is ideal for high temperature applications such as turbocharger applications and exhaust systems. For maximum performance, with the highest temperature resistance today up to 399°C (750°F) check out Permatex’s Optimum Red.
