DIRECTIONS:
NOTE: Exhaust system must be cool before applying putty.
1. Wire brush or sand to remove loose rust and dirt. Repair area must be clean.
2. IMPORTANT: Knead pouches before opening.
3. Apply with putty knife, pressing the putty into hole or leak.
4. Let car idle for 10 minutes to speed up dry time. If possible, let car stand overnight before driving. DO NOT RACE MOTOR BEFORE PUTTY HARDENS COMPLETELY.
5. For larger holes, reinforce repair area with wire screen before applying putty. For a lasting repair, use Permatex Muffler and Tailpipe Bandage over puttied areas.
